HRPortal and Electronic Payslips (ePayslips) is in the process of being upgraded and will be available at the following web addresses from December 2015 :
http://mu.ie/hrportal

The site is accessed using your Maynooth University username and password :

Before using the new ePayslips service staff must reset their password by completing the ‘Change Password’ on the far right of:
https://mypassword.maynoothuniversity.ie/

This is to ensure that all passwords are secure, in line with best IT security practice.
ePayslips will be available on and off campus via a secure web page with no need to use OpenVPN.

How to Use ePayslips

The HRPortal opens with a page summarizing your pay and tax details and your pay summary will initially be obscured to ensure your privacy.

Click the ‘Display Pay Summary’ button and re-enter your password to display your payment summary amounts.

The last 4 ePayslip dates are listed to the right of your payment summary and the details relevant to each are displayed when the date is clicked. Once the payment summary figures have been released a ‘Full Payslip’ button becomes available :

Your full payslip is now displayed. If you wish to view your payslip in Irish click Gaeilge

To view previous Payslips. Return to the Pay home screen, under My Payslips click the search button (magnifying glass)
