Full Economic Costing (FEC)

    The full economic cost model provides the full economic cost of teaching, research and other activities. It includes direct costs (staff, equipment, travel, consumables etc.) & indirect costs (space, energy, central services, depreciation, maintenance, etc.)

    Key data required to complete FEC:

    • Academic Activity Profile (AAP data collection) which is split between teaching (UE; PGT; PGR), research (funded and non funded) and others. AAP is completed in October/November each year, by academic staff.
