Keynote speaker Hazel Reid is Professor of Education and Career Development and Director of Research in the Faculty of Education at Canterbury Christ Church University, UK. Her most recent book An introduction to Career Counselling and Coaching (2016), looks at emerging theory and practices in career counselling. In her keynote address at the conference Hazel will explore the changing nature of employment and careers and examine the potential of narrative career counselling as a creative and empowering approach to adult guidance.
