Any vacancies on campus will be advertised at 12 noon of each day during September if there are rooms available (Is it unlikely that there will be any vacancies). Rooms advertised in this way are likely to be for a single semester only.
Vacancies will be advertised on www.maynoothstudentpad.ie.
Current students have access when they create an account using their student email address.

In the details section on the advert there will be information like:
- Room Type: for example Single with En-Suite Bathroom or Single with Shared Bathroom, or Twin room with En-suite Bathroom or Bunk room with Shared Bathroom.
- Type of Student
- With the exception of gender-restricted apartments, on campus apartments will be mixed age, course, year, ethnicity, nationality, and generally diverse
- Price of Accommodation including deposit amount, rent amount and due dates
- Length of stay
- If the accommodation is offered for a single semester where there is no extension of tenure to be expected.
If you wish to apply for the accommodations offered you will need to complete the booking process online. The application form is only available if we have an advert posted. You can copy and paste the link found in the advert into your internet browser in order to access the application form.
Bookings from eligible students will work on a first come first served basis. Once you have chosen your room and paid the online booking fee the room is then confirmed by email.
Please do not canvas us as this process will be conducted strictly on the basis stated and via the website online booking form only. Emails and phone calls cannot be included in the process.
